Cups of Shaker Tea

Hi! Today I have a fun card to share with you.

I had a lot of fun doing this card! The tea cup stamp from Stampin’ Up lends itself to all kinds of creative possibilities!

I’m playing this over at Virginia’s View Challenge #12.

Before this challenge over at Virginia’s View I hadn’t made shaker cards, but now I’ve been bitten by the shaker bug!

I would like to dedicate this post to Papertrey Ink, even though I didn’t use 1 PTI product on this card! You see, I found out today, via an email from Darnell, that I won PTI’s Year of Stamps contest!!!!! What an AMAZING blessing!

Thank you, Darnell for the sweet congratulations! I really appreciate your kindness. 🙂

Thanks for stopping by!

Izod Alligator

Today, I have a fun one layer card to share with you.

I made a mask and did some ink blending to add the neck area to the card. The Stampin’ Up buttons, I stamped in Versamark and heated embossed.

I patterned it after the “vintage” Izod golf shirt below.

I’m playing this over at “Less is More” for their one layer challenge and at Addicted to CAS for their “Mask” challenge #57.

I’m working on some more of these, in different colors. Here’s a yellow one.

IMG_0962I’m not sure, do you think this would qualify as an entry in The Male Room’s: Create Your Own Background Paper challenge? I’ve got a pink one in the works and am thinking about a lilac, a pastel green and a pastel blue one too.

Thanks for stopping by!
