Happy Little Stampers March Mixed Media Challenge – Water

Hi! I’m very excited to be here with you today with 2 cards for Happy Little Stampers March Mixed Media Challenge – Water!

This challenge is sponsored by

The winner will receive a $15 (Australian) gift certificate from Happy Little Stampers.
Here’s my first and somewhat whimsical take on the challenge word:IMG_4145 copy
I print an umbrella, fussy cut and added the sentiment. Adhered the umbrella with foam tape and traced with black marker.

Stamped the rain of the card front and added Glossy Accents to the rain and the handle.

Finally a carefully masked off the umbrella (as best I could) and added the metallic gold stencil medium hearts.

  2. I really love both of these, Melissa. The glossy accents for the water challenge was brilliant. Love the amazing verse and waves you’ve created. Thanks so much for having me at HLS. It was such a pleasure working with you and seeing your amazing talent. Hugs, Autumn
