Something blue

Here, I have a couple of blue ombré cards to share.

This first card was inspired by PTI’s Blue ombré challenge for their 8th anniversary.

This second one was also inspired by the same challenge as well as Virginia’s View Challenge #12: Shaker Cards.

Heavy Metal

Here, I have an anniversary card to share with you.

 

The 25th is supposed to be the silver anniversary whereas the 45th is the sapphire anniversary, but…..

I’m playing this over at PTI’s 8th Anniversary, Day 7: Heavy Metal Challenge. The stamps and dies I used for this card are all PTI. I recently figured out that I have 2 PTI accounts set up. For a long time I didn’t know why I couldn’t find my first order. I If I had not ordered all of my number and letter dies from PTI, where did they come from?! Now I understand! Those large number dies were in my first order….on the OTHER account that I have set up.

Build a Bouquet

Here, I have a fun shaker card to share with you.

I used PTI’s Botanical Blocks II lilac stamp as the focal point in the bouquet. I inked up only part of the image and then drew in some finishing touches around the edge. I used some Stamping’ Up stamps to add to the bouquet.

I used some double sided foam tape, cellophane wrap and a variety of sequins and small punched flowers to make this into a shaker. I’m having fun making shaker cards!
