Here’s a card that I made for Make It Mondays’s #199: Confetti Garlands by Betsy Veldman. I very much admire Betsy’s beautiful cards.
Here is the card that I made. I had a lot of fun with this one!
First, I made a background with PTI’s Polka Dots Basics II stamp set. Then I made the foreground with PTI’s Hearts Cover Plate Die. I used the heart cover plate to make some more hearts for the garland and added some little punched butterflies and flower sequins. The brads are SU. I used some jewelry making wire.
I really like this card and I think all 3 of my girls squealed when they saw it!
Well actually, 2 squealed and one said, “OOOOO, pwetty.” (She had her wisdom teeth removed on Monday. 😦 )
I’m also playing this over at SSS’s Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes and Time Out’s Challenge #23.
I’ve got quite a few more cards to post, so I’ll be off now.
Thanks for stopping by!
