I ended up making 4 of these for a private card challenge that I belong to.
I used CUTplorations word dies “happy” and “BIRTHDAY” to die cut the words out of a panel I’d watercolored.

I love the rainbow die cuts against the black background. The rainbow background with white die cuts is great too! Fun and festive!!
