I made a homemade umbrella stencil and used PTI’s Blue Skies stamp set.
I added Glossy Accents to the Sprinkles to make them shiny. 🙂 I have a new favorite tool which I used to apply the Glossy Accents on this card. It rocks! It is a precision tip applicator bottle:
