Hi! I’m very happy to have you visiting my blog today.

Today I have another card to share with you that I designed with STAMPlorations products for the Fall CLBH. slide04

STAMPlorations is one of the FAll CLBH sponsors and Shery has a bunch Coffee & Tea lover themed products in her store.

Besides the stamp  I also used the ARTplorations Leaf Prints Stencil.

How I made this card:

  1. I made the background with some Brusho color crystals on water color paper.slide03
  2. After allowing the panel to dry, I sponged the leaves in embossing ink. slide022
  3. I heat embossed the leaves in silver. (I double heat embossed.)slide023
  4. I stamped the Framed Coffee Cup in embossing ink onto water color paper.slide024
  5. I heat embossed the cup in silver embossing powder. slide07
  6. I colored the cup panel with Zig markers.slide020
  7. I cut the leaf panel on a diagonal.slide06
  8. Matted the leaf panel.slide10
  9. Matted the cup panel.slide021
  10. I attached the cup with foam tape.slide12
  11. Attached the panel to the card base.slide05

Thanks so much for stopping by! I really appreciate your visit.

Grace & Peace,
Melissa

ATSM Challenge #161 – AG

    Addicted to Stamps and More!

It’s time for another Anything Goes challenge at ATSM this week! This challenge is a favorite at Addicted to Stamps and More.  This week our sponsors are DeeDee’s Digis and Rosey Hearts. This first card is made with an image from Deedee’s Digi’s. Deedee is offering $15 coupon to the store for our winner.

The digital image “Classics” which I used for my card was generously supplied by Deedee.

From Deedee’s Digis web site about this digital stamp set:

“Who doesn’t like a classic?

This digital set includes: 2 outline images, 8 pre-colored images, 2 white-filled layering images, and 6 sentiments, in JPG and PNG file formats. All set elements have a resolution of 300 dpi/ppi, and are easily resizable to fit your crafting needs.”

Illustrated by and copyrighted to Deedee Anderson and Deedee’s Digis (TM). All rights reserved.

Here’s my card.

Slide1I printed the outline image 3 times. Once on SU Whisper White CS and twice on a SU DSP. Then I did some fussy cutting, paper piecing and gluing to put my car together. I also printed the sentiment straight onto to the Whisper White card base.

I also did some masking and ink-blending. I added silver gel pen to the hub caps and Glossy Accents to the windows, fenders and hub caps.

Can you tell that I had fun making this card?

IMG_9963editedMy second card is made with the “Cherry Blossoms” image from Rosey Hearts.

The prize is 5 digis from the store.

Cherry Blossoms a Rosey Hearts digital stamp made just for crafter's and the adult who love to color

I printed the image out twice on watercolor paper. Then I used a combination of water color techniques to color the images.

I have been trying out my new Zig Clean Color Brush Pens.

IMG_1165editedI fussy cut out some of the blossoms and added them, popping them up with foam adhesive, to the water colored panel. I also added some Glossy Accents “dew” to the blossoms. Then I added the banner sentiment.

I hope that you enjoyed looking at my cards. I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with for this challenge! Be sure to stop by the blog to see all of the inspiration from the rest of the team and to play along.
