Happy Little Stampers Watercolor December – Anything Goes

I’m very happy to be back with you for this month’s HLS Watercolor challenge.

This is a sad post for me, as I will be stepping down from Happy Little Stampers after this month. I am so thankful to my teammates and especially Kylie for their friendship and support over the past 2 1/2 years. Ladies, I count myself blessed to be able to call you friends.

Our winner for this challenge will receive a $20 coupon to spend at the shop! Check out all the details HERE.

Here’s my card using Doodled Flowers.

I used Kylie’s fun flowers as snowflakes.

Here’s some music for you to enjoy if you’d like:

I heat embossed the flowers and then added blue Brusho crystal color.

I hope that you enjoyed your visit.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi! I am very happy to be here with a card inspired by this week’s CASology Week 180 cue card:

IMG_3261edited

My colors were inspired by “Just Us Girls” Color Week #326.

IMG_3240editedI partially die cut the snowflake so that the front panel has an opening. (It’s been a while since I’ve played at CASology and I’ve missed it. So, Yeah! Yes! I AM playing!)

IMG_3251editedSince snow falls from the sky, I’d also like to play along at  One-layer Simplicity Challenge #23 The Sky’s the Limit and Word Art Wednesday’s Challenge #217 – Anything Goes.

IMG_3246edited

I’ve had some snow at my house during the past couple of days. It’s been beautiful!

IMG_3217edited

It’s been a good time to stay inside and get some after Christmas house cleaning taken care of. Speaking of cleaning house, I’ve been organizing my blog a bit too. If you’d like you can visit by CAS/Nearly CAS and Mixed Media gallery pages. Click on the links or look at the top of this page.

The Mixed Media Card Challenge

Hi! Thank you for spending some of your time to visit me. 🙂 I’m very happy to be here today with a card for The Mixed Media Card Challenge’s Challenge #19 – January – Beginnings.

Here’s our January Challenge Graphic:

I made a wedding card for a friend of my family who is getting married this month.

Slide5

First I stamped the background. Then I partially die cut a snowflake and then added heart window. I also stenciled on some Gesso mixed with translucent metallic silver stencil color.

Slide2

I added die cut flowers and a vellum shaker window with sequins and a snowflake die cut and a heat embossed sentiment.

Recently, I’ve been working on organizing my blog and have added some new pages at the top. I’d like to invite you to visit my Mixed Media and CAS/Nearly CAS galleries. 🙂Slide4I hope you enjoyed looking at my card.
