Chasing Mojo with Sweet Kobylkin – CASEing Angela Tarasenko

Hi! I’m back again Chasing Mojo with Sweet Kobylkin. 🙂 This is a great idea that Ksenija had to help us get back into the creative mode after Christmas and New Year’s celebrations. I’ve been having a lot of fun CASEing multiple cards from those offered up at Sweet Kobylin.

I’ve been so inspired by many of the cards and would love to CASE them all! I wonder, is it possible?

For this card, I CASEd the lovely Kraft card by Angela.

Here’s my CASE, using a here-to-for uninked background stamp. NBUS!

I added some rainbow hemp cord that I won a few years ago from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Hemptique Rainbow Hemp Cord Twine 62.5mI added a big “Thank You” which I heat embossed onto vellum. I fussy cut away most of the vellum in order to expose the card-front.

Spring Sweetness

Here, I have a fun, sweet & Springy CAS card to share with you. I am thankful to be able to share that I have had a few days of feeling a little more normal. Thank you, to everyone who has been praying for me. IMG_3691edited IMG_3695edited

I’m going to play this at CASology’s Challenge 142:Sweet. Spring is such a sweet time of year, isn’t it? I’m playing in LIM’s Week 220 Theme: Up, up and away! I’ll also play this at The Mixed Media Flower Challenge with an optional basket.  Does the nest/circle thingy count as a basket? 😉 I’m going to play this over at SSS’s Monday Challenge: In the Middle, too.

I would like to thank Bonnie at Really Reasonable Ribbon and the ladies at Word Art Wednesday for the hemp cord on this card. I’m going to play this over at Word Art Wednesday’s challenge #179 this week.

I was randomly chosen as a prize winner a couple of weeks ago at WAW and this pretty rainbow cord was part of what I selected as my prize! 🙂 I made a couple of other cards with my winnings from Really Reasonable Ribbon. You can see them here and here.

I don’t know why I’m always amazed at God’s loving kindness toward me, but I am. This prize is just another example of the ways that He IMG_3696editedcontinually showers His love on me. The Swoosh Sentiment is from another incredible prize from PTI. I am this year’s Papertrey Ink Year of Stamps Winner! Thanks so much PTI! And while I’m at it, I’ll mention that the bird stamp was a gift from my friend Cindy! 🙂

For those of you who are wondering, I’m still awaiting multiplIMG_3646editede test results. Also, I have more new specialist appointments for other, until now, not investigated problems. I also have a more sensitive test scheduled for my heart (28 April) and 6 weeks of physical therapy planned for 2 herniated disks in my neck. God is working in my life. He’s enabling me to trust Him more as He shows Himself faithful to me in many ways.

This week He gave me this verse, two days in a row.  But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 (NKJV)

True story- a few months ago I told my husband something along these lines, “I have a goal.
