Here’s a photo to give you an idea of how I used a homemade leaf stencil (made with a Papertrey Ink Grateful Leaf Die) to achieve the hearty bokeh effect.
Did you know that hugs truly are good for your health? Look it up!
I removed the stencil/mask and added some yellow hearts around the edges of the leaf.
I added 1 paper and 1 vellum leaf outline and hugs (CUTplorations) die cut.
I offset the die cuts so that the stem and an outline of the leaf would show.
I like how the vellum adds an airy, leaves blowing in the wind, effect.
