The Fall 2016 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop – Coffee Cup Silhouette Die, Chevron Crazy + Brusho Crystal Colours

Hi! I’m very happy to have you visiting my blog today. I know your time is precious and hope that you enjoy your visit.

I have another card to share with you that I designed with STAMPlorations products for the Fall CLBH.

Shery has a bunch Coffee & Tea lover themed products in her store.

I love the new CUTplorations die and the brand new Coffee Cup Silhouette Die. CUTplorations-coffeecup-preview

Besides the die, I also used the ARTplorations Stencils Some Birds and Chevron Crazy.

How I made this card:

I made the background by reverse stenciling with Brusho Crystal Colours and the Chevron Crazy stencil.
I die cut the coffee cup in red and black card stock.
I pieced the die cuts together and added white gel pen to color the steam.
I matted the cup and chevron panel with red card stock.
Stenciled on the black birds.
Stamped and fussy cut the sentiment (Always Tea Time) and attached with foam tape.
Added the matted panel to the Kraft card base.

I really enjoyed making this card and I hope that you enjoyed seeing it.

The Fall 2016 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop – Framed Coffee Cup Stamp & Brusho Crystal Colours

Hi!

I have another another bright Fall card to share with you. I designed this with STAMPlorations products for the Fall CLBH.

STAMPlorations is one of the FAll CLBH sponsors and Shery has a bunch Coffee & Tea lover themed products in her store.

Here’s a closer look at my card: I love this new STAMPlorations stamp, Framed Coffee Cup.Besides the stamp I also used the ARTplorations’ Stencils Some Birds and Chevron Crazy.

How I made this card:

I made the background by stenciling on water color paper with Brusho Crystal Colours and the Chevron Crazy stencil.
I stamped the Framed Coffee Cup in embossing ink and then heat embossed in white embossing powder on the chevron background.
I added some details and shading to the cup with some Zig Clean Color Brush Pens.
I added some steam with a liquid chalk pen.
I stenciled on the birds.
Matted the chevron panel.
Added the matted panel to the black card base.

I love how this card turned out and I hope that you enjoyed seeing it.

The Fall 2016 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop – Silver Leaves & Framed Coffee Cup

Hi! I’m very happy to have you visiting my blog today.

Today I have another card to share with you that I designed with STAMPlorations products for the Fall CLBH.

STAMPlorations is one of the FAll CLBH sponsors and Shery has a bunch Coffee & Tea lover themed products in her store.

I love this new STAMPloration stamp Framed Coffee Cup.

Besides the stamp I also used the ARTplorations Leaf Prints Stencil.

How I made this card:

I made the background with some Brusho color crystals on water color paper.
After allowing the panel to dry, I sponged the leaves in embossing ink.
I heat embossed the leaves in silver. (I double heat embossed.)
I stamped the Framed Coffee Cup in embossing ink onto water color paper.
I heat embossed the cup in silver embossing powder.
I colored the cup panel with Zig markers.
I cut the leaf panel on a diagonal.
Matted the leaf panel.
Matted the cup panel.
I attached the cup with foam tape.
Attached the panel to the card base.

I sponged red leaves onto the card base.
I die cut the coffee cup in red and black.
Pieced the die cuts together.
I stamped the sentiment onto the card base.

I love this new STAMPlorations set – Anywhere There’s Coffee Stamps & Die Set by Shery.

Besides the stamps from Anywhere There’s Coffee Stamps & Die Set, I also used the ARTplorations stencil Chevron Crazy.

I made the background by reverse stenciling with Brusho Crystal Colours and the Chevron Crazy stencil.
I used the stencil in the traditional way and sponged green, blue and purple ink on white card stock.
I stamped the travel coffee cup onto the sponged background.
I fussy cut the cup.
Matted the chevron panel in Kraft.
Stamped the sentiment.
Added the matted panel to the card base.
Attached the cup with foam tape.
