Coffee Loving Cardmakers: January Guest Designer – January 20, 2017! I’m very happy to be with you today with a third post as the January Guest Designer for Coffee Loving Cardmakers! I have an unusual sort of card to share with you today.

I combined 4 of my favorite products, from different companies, and also altered the stamped image of one of my favorite stamps. Isle Borders Stamp Sethugs-worddie

Here’s my card, using, at least in part, one of my favorite rubber stamps.

This stamp set is one of my first, and favorite, rubber stamp sets. It is Stampin’ Up’s (discontinued) Tea Shoppe.

You can see that I used only the outline of the large cup.

slide009I stamped the design on the cup with this stamp set from Papertrey Ink.

Fair Isle Borders Stamp Set

I also used these lovely snowflake dies.

I used the CUTplorations “hugs” word die for the sentiment.

I have a discount code for you! Shery, of STAMPlorations, has generously given me a code to share with you.

Use COUPON code STAMPGIRLMELISSA and receive 20% OFF at STAMPlorations!

Here’s a quick slideshow of how I altered and stamped the tea cup.

I really enjoyed making this card and I hope that you’ve been inspired to try combining some of your favorite products from different companies. I loved how the teacup turned out. Please come back next week to see my last 2 cards that I have to share with you this month.

Thanks for stopping by!

Grace & Peace,

P.S. Here’s the coupon code again. There’s no expiration, as long as I’m a STAMPlorations Girl, this code will be valid.

Celebrate, Yellow

Snow…..beautiful, big, fluffy snowflakes drifting down outside my living room window. Fluttering, a bit like butterflies? O.K., maybe that’s a stretch?

Here ARE some butterflies though….

Some Watercolor Wonder DSP from Stampin’ Up along with 2 butterfly punches and an Avery Elle pinked rectangle die made fairly fast work of this CAS card.

The “Celebrate” sentiment from PTI, makes this a versatile card. Maybe it will be a birthday card?It was inspired by last week’s CAS(E) this Sketch #107. I’ve been nursing my daughter through her wisdom teeth extraction and didn’t get the chance to post this until today. I am going to play this over at CASology’s Week 131: BIRTHDAY challenge.

I seem to be developing a trend of missing CTS’s deadlines. 😦

I’ve got quite a few cards to post, so I’ll be off now.
