AAA Cards Challenge #89 – Bright & Beautiful

I’m happy to be here today for AAA Cards Game #89 – Bright & Beautiful.

Our Sponsor: So Suzy Stamps – $25 gift certificate

We’ve also got four of the So Suzy DT guesting with us for this challenge!

Here’s my card:img_5899_edited-1

I love using stencils and I love butterflies. img_5904_edited-1

So, this week, I combined a favorite stencil and a favorite butterfly stamp to make a bright and beautiful card.

img_5910_edited-1I stamped the sentiment, did some fussy cutting and added the chevron butterfly panel to the card front with foam tape.

img_5907_edited-1Thanks so much for stopping by!

I hope that you have been inspired to play along with us this game. Make sure you stop by AAA Cards and visit all of the design team members blogs.
Grace & Peace,
Melissa

Stencil Sunday – January 29 – Memory Verse Cards

Hi! I’m here with a post for today’s STAMPlorations Stencil Sunday.

img_4145_edited-1To make these memory verse cards, I used the ARTplorations stencil Retro Circles and CUTplorations Nesting Luggage Tag Dies and a wide variety of techniques and mediums too.img_4126_edited-1

I have a fun discount code for you! Shery, of STAMPlorations, has generously given me a code to share with you.

Use COUPON code STAMPGIRLMELISSA and receive 20% OFF at STAMPlorations!

img_4116_edited-1

To make these cards, first I sponged a rainbow of colors onto a full page of white cardstock. img_4117_edited-1

I printed my verses onto the inked-up page. I cut the page so that it would fit through my Big Shot and then die cut the tags/cards.

img_4120_edited-1I added some Glossy Accents, gold glass pen, and sequins to the front card and yellow cardstock to the back.
