Hello & welcome. I have 4 leaf print cards to share with you today.I have been enjoying using REAL LEAVES to stamp with recently. There is so much beauty in creation and I find it fun & challenging to try and capture a little bit of it on paper.
So, yesterday I inked up some leaves from my yard with some Craft/white ink and/or with red & yellow re-inkers and 3 different Stickles colors (which added some texture to this first card) and then stamped with them. I’m very happy with how these cards turned out.
I’d like to play this card at Virginia’s View Challenge #20 and SSS Monday: Thanks/Thankful.
I love how nature sings of God’s glory and mercy. I have also been doing some sketching recently too, trying to capture some of the beauty of creation through drawing some of the flora in my yard.
I’d like to play this at Word Art Wednesday’s Challenge #210: Anything Goes.
I’d like to play this last card at CASology’s Challenge: Pretty.
Are you interested in seeing some other leaf prints that I’ve made? Please click on the leaf print “Tag” or “Category” at the bottom of this post.
Thanks for stopping by!

Places I’m Playing:
I’m happy to be here with you today with a post for AAA Cards Challenge #52: Thanks/Thanksgiving as a member of the AAA Cards Design Team.
Here’s my card:
1. I inked up a leaf from a tree in my yard. I used the inked up leaf as a stamp, pressing down & rubbing on the back of the leaf with piece of scrap paper.
2. After letting it dry, I fussy cut the leaves out & used a pinked die to trim the edges.
3. Then I spritzed the stamped leaf with some water and let the ink run.
4. I used my heat gun to dry the leaf and then spritzed on some Smooch Spritz and traced the outside with a black journal pen.
5. I stamped on the sentiment & then affixed the leaf panel to the card base with foam tape.
I hope that you are inspired to play along. Make sure you stop by AAA Cards and visit all of the design team members.
Thanks for stopping by!
