Hi! I’m back with a fun new challenge for AAA Cards.
Special tips for competing (and being eligible to win) in this game:
- As always, we’re looking for Clean and Simple (CAS) greeting cards, BUT for this game please make sure to complete one line of the Tic Tac Toe board above.
- As always and for all of our games our definition of Clean and Simple means that white space should not be patterned, embossed or textured in any way at all.
Our sponsor:
Here’s my one-layer card. I used GOLD, ONE-LAYER and MASKING. (I also used a colored cardbase and blue.) Anyhow, besides “flowers” and “watercolors” I think that I filled every other square. Which, of course, was not the challenge, but it was fun to see how many of the boxes I could tic!
I’ve been trying to NOT use flowers on ALL of my cards. I seem to use flowers and butterflies a lot.I’d like to have some masculine cards in my stash. What do you think? I really wanted to fit some water-colored flowers on in the background before stenciling, but I resisted. 🙂
I used STAMPlorations Chevron Crazy – ARTplorations Stencil and a die from the For the Birds die set.
I also used the “Be Strong” stamp from the Typografia in Faith collection.
Be sure to stop by the AAA Cards challenge blog to enjoy my teammate’s super Clean and Simple Cards.
I hope that you enjoyed visiting today and I hope that you’ve been inspired to play along.
Thanks for stopping by!
Grace & Peace,
Melissa

I know what you mean about using the same thing on your cards, I tend to use rainbow colours alot so trying to vary my colours a little….I think this is a fantastic masculine card and love the shimmer of the gold embossing paste and bird silhouette. Fabulous design and so happy to see you at TIME OUT!

Such a strong and stand out card to match your sentiment! Love that you used a diagonal from the board and your card has diagonal elements too. Rocked it Melissa!
