Hello! I’m very excited to be here with you for our second HLS Watercolor Challenge.
Our Guest Designer is the lovely and talented, Julie Beech. Make sure you stop over and say ‘hi”!
As always at Happy Little Stampers’ challenges……..we have a prize for you!
Here’s my card:
I did some die-cutting with the HLS Butterfly Dies.
I used the butterflies to mask off the white panel and then watercolored a rainbow à la the Happy Little Stampers’ header image.
I hope that you are inspired and that you going to enjoy joining in too!

Wow, Melissa! I love how you’ve used those masks and created that awesome rainbow drippy art – absolutely fantastic! So glad you joined us for the Seize the Birthday challenge!
PS: You might have used a wrong linky, since it opened a “Page not Found”. I clicked the main page and searched for this post to comment here.. Not a problem, but I think you might want to check it.. 🙂

Thanks, Ashwini. I went back to all of the places where I had shared the card and found that the link was broken everywhere. I left a comment at all of the places and shared the proper link. Do you think that is okay? Or should I delete the entries and start over?

This is so pretty. What a great idea to mask off your butterflies.
Now I’m thinking, what stamps do I have that I can try this technique with 🙂
