Hi! I’m very happy to have you visiting my blog today. I know your time is precious and hope that you enjoy your visit.
I’m not a coffee fan myself, but my husband likes it a lot. So, I have grown to think of coffee with a warm feeling because the smell of it means that he’s probably home. 🙂
Today I have a 3rd card to share with you that I designed with STAMPlorations products for the Fall CLBH.
STAMPlorations is one of the FAll CLBH sponsors and Shery has a bunch Coffee & Tea lover themed products in her store.
Here’s a closer look at my card:
Besides the stamps from Anywhere There’s Coffee Stamps & Die Set, I also used the ARTplorations stencil Flourishes and STAMPlorations Big Greetings.
How I made this card:
- I made the background by sponging on parts of circles through a homemade stencil.
- I did some reverse stenciling by inking up the flourishes stencil and stamping onto water color paper.
- I then sponged orange ink through the stencil into the negative spaces.
- I stamped the travel coffee cup on top off the stenciled watercolor paper.
- I fussy cut the cup.
- I added black circles with Sharpie around the colored circles.
- I stamped the sentiment.
- Attached the cup with foam tape.
- Matted the panel.
- Attached the panel to the card base.
I really enjoyed making this card and I hope that you enjoyed seeing it.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I really appreciate your visit.
Grace & Peace,
Melissa
P.S. I have a new STAMPlorations Mixed Media (two-sided mini chalkboard) tutorial up for September. 🙂
You can take a peek over at my post here and/or head over to the blog to see the entire tutorial.
