AAA Cards Game #70 – Stitching

I’m happy to be here today for AAA Cards Game #70- Stitching.

I don’t own any stitching dies or a sewing machine (I might ask my daughter if I can borrow hers for a future card) so I improvised on this challenge!

This week we have a special guest designers, Beverley from Uniko.

Prize: £10.00 certificate
EunJi from Follow your Dreams

Welcome, Bev and Eunji.  I hope you like what I did with your stamps, Bev! 🙂

I have 2 cards to share with you today.IMG_7898edited

I used 2 Uniko stamp sets on each of my cards today. I thought both of these stamp sets included images which lent themselves to looking like stitching or embroidery.

On this 1rst card I drew in some red, orange and yellow ‘stitching’ to coordinate with the circles.

And the second one: (these butterflies have fluttered over to my conservatory)

I drew in some ‘stitching’ with white gel pen.

I hope that you are inspired to play along. Make sure you stop by AAA Cards and visit all of the design team members blogs.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I’m back … MIA for a couple of weeks so delay in comments but loving this beauty. Great use of the Uniko butterfly and vibrant colours. Love both ways with the image and can’t pick a favourite. Just stunningly stitched and coloured as always. Great to meet you at last this weekend – you’ve such immense talent. Sarah xx
