Reverse Stenciling Hearts x 2

Hi! I’m here with 2 reverse stenciled cards inspired by Betsy Veldman’s Make It Monday #233: Reverse Stenciling.

Here’s the first card:

First, I made my own stencil using PTI’s Heart Cover Plate Die. Then I sponged ink onto and through the stencil. I spritzed water onto the stencil and then sandwiched it between two pieces of paper, ink side down, and rubbed the top piece of paper with my hand.

Next, I used the same technique, but this time I applied watercolor paints onto the stencil.

  1. What an awesome inking technique…Great job! Thank you for joining our Challenge last week and hope you join us again in our new Challenge beginning today at Word Art Wednesday. Leaving you with an encouragement from God’s Word in Hebrews 3:6 which says, “But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are His house, if we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope of which we boast.” Have a blessed week…
