Boo Boo!

Hi! I’m here with a quick post for Darnell’s April Fool’s Day Boo Boo Hop!

I made the following card, using an emboss-resist technique, for a Make It Monday Challenge recently. In order to be quick, I arranged a bunch of PTI Butterflies on my stamp press and inked them up with embossing ink. However, I must not have inked them up well enough or maybe pushed down too lightly because some of the images did not have enough embossing ink on them.

Here’s my card:

Soooo…. as you can see, there some partially bald butterflies! I will go back and use my embossing ink marker to add some more ink and then re-emboss.

Thanks for stopping by!

Melissa

P.S. It’s pretty busy here at HoneyBeeLane during this time of month! Here are my current DT cards for some challenges you might be interested in participating in. Click on the photos to see more.

I used red, orange, yellow and turquoise Gelatos, did some stenciling with my ARTplorations Chevron stencil (the closest I had to bricks) and did some stamping and die cutting.
