12 Tags with Loll 2015 – Tag #5

Hello! I’m here with a tag for Loll’s Twelve Tags of Christmas Mixed Media Tag event.

First though, I want to say thank all you who have sent your love and have been praying for my daughter. Thank you. This has been probably the most difficult few weeks of my life. I was so sad that I just wanted to give up stamping altogether. Yesterday was a tough day, but I decided to go to my stamping corner and do some creating. Between times of helping my daughter and great jags of crying & lots of praying, I did manage to make some tags. I believe that being creative is a balm to the soul because God is the Master Creator and He made us to be creative.

Here’s my fifth tag:

I would also like to thank all of my Design Teammates at AAA Cards, Happy Little Stampers, Mixed Media Card Challenge and Addicted to Stamps & More for their support and understanding during this time.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. This is really eyecatching and yet with that sentiment so serene at the same time.
I certainly hope that all is going better for your daughter and that she is home and getting well. If I can help out in any way (I’m in Germany) please let me know.

  2. Your tags for Loll’s event have all been glorious, Melissa! I’m so sorry to hear that something terrible has happened regarding your daughter. I’ve searched your blog and can’t find what you are referring to. I pray that all will be well and I’m glad to hear that you didn’t give up on crafting. I agree creating and making cards and tags for others brings us great solace. Huge hugs, Darnell

  3. Love this unique tag design Melissa. Great colours with the bold blue and silver. And fantastic idea to make it a shaker tag. Love the sequins and snowflakes inside the shaker. So creative!! Thanks again for sharing at my tag event. xx
