Hello Fall

Hi! This is my 3rd post today. If you are here looking for my HLS Sketch post click on this card:

OR if you’re looking for my MMCC post click on this one:

So! Now I have a bright Autumnal ombre card to share with you. πŸ™‚ The colors in this card remind me of Fall in Maine. Sigh. If you ever have the opportunity to go to Maine at this time of year do it!

IMG_0486editedI used Penny Black’s Foliage Fancy stamps, an Avery Elle “hello” die and a PTI birthday sentiment to make this card.

IMG_0491editedI’m going to play this at Time Out’s Challenge #41 ‘Inspired By Words’, The Male Room’s Challenge #20: Autumn, Fusion’s Falling Leaves Bouquet, Uniko’s Challenge #25, Inspirational’s Challenge #92 – Picture Inkspiration , SSS Monday’s Challenge: Ombre, SSS Wednesday’s Anything GoesΒ  and Word Art Wednesday’s Challenge #203 Anything Goes.

I thought you might like to go on a relaxing trip to Maine today, but you probably just aren’t able to. So, here are a few of my dad’s paintings of Fall in Maine. If you’d like, please click on the image to go a larger view or CLICK HERE to go to his gallery.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Hi Melissa, great to see you at Ink, TO and Fusion!! I absolutely love the colours you have used here. They take in such a vibrant look and so good to see this take on Autumn colours as they really are not all browns, in my local park I see colours like in your card x
