Today I have another butterfly card to share with you. I’m also going to play this over at CASology’s Week 157: Wings.I actually made this card quite a while ago, but have not played it anywhere. I hadn’t added a sentiment until today. The sentiment is from PTI’s Scripted stamp set. This card reminds me of a bunch of watercolor butterfly cards that I made some months ago when I was on one of my butterfly kicks. Here’s one of the many!
I’m also going to play this over at Crafting with Dragonflies: Card with Butterfly ( or two, three or more) and
Suzy Bee’s 1 August challenge 91: anything goes with a twist … wings or feathers.
Honeybee seems to be a bit obsessed with butterflies! Since there are so many butterfly cards fluttering around here I thought that it might be fun to collect them all in one place! So, I decided to dedicate a page on this blog to all of the butterfly cards I’ve made. A conservatory of sorts!
If you’d like to, please take a look under “Honeybee loves Butterflies” at the top or click here. I’m sure more butterflies will be landing there soon, so check back if you want to see more. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by!
XO
Melissa

So naturally, I had to check out your ‘conservatory’. It did not disappoint! Wow!!! Getting back to this card, it’s another wow! I love the soft watercolours used. It creates so much interest while giving a sense of the delicate nature of their amazing wings. Thanks so much for sharing with us at CASology. Not only this stunner, but all your other ‘wings’ too!
