Diamond Birthday – Smooshed

Today I have a birthday/celebration card to share with you. IMG_4621edited

To make this card, first, I die cut some squares out of my stash of “smooshed” watercolor paper. Then I adhered the squares on top of a piece of white cs with Tombow Mono liquid glue. Then I added the sentiment frame to the card, using the unattached diamond as a guide. Finally, I attached the squares at an angle to the SU Old Olive card base with some foam tape.IMG_4624edited

I used a PTI sentiment for this card.IMG_4622edited The design was inspired by Casology’s Cue Word: Shape, HLS’s May CAS: Die Cuts/Punches Challenge. I’m gping to play this over at Little Tangles Challenge #56: Clean and Simple. I also made this to celebrate AAA Cards: Game #39 1st Birthday!

Thanks for stopping by!
