Swallowtail in the Middle

Here, I have another fun and Sweet & Springy CAS card to share with you. I printed out one of my own photos to use on this card. I am thankful to be able to share that I have had a few days of feeling a little more normal. Thank you, to everyone who has been praying for me. IMG_3595edited

The design for this card was inspired by this week’s CAS(e) this Sketch #119.

I’m going to play this at CASology’s Challenge 142:Sweet. Spring is such a sweet time of year, isn’t it? I’m playing in LIM’s Week 220 Theme: Up, up and away!  I’m going to play this over at SSS’s

Monday Challenge: In the Middle, too. I’m going to play this over at Word Art Wednesday’s challenge #179 this week.

For those of you who are wondering, I’m still awaiting multiple test results.  God is working in my life. He’s enabling me to trust Him more as He shows Himself faithful to me in many ways.

This week He gave me this verse, two days in a row.  But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 (NKJV)

Thanks for stopping by!

IMG_3683editedI used a small flower punch and more of my never-ending supply smooshed water color to make the the flowers for this card.

I’m going to play this at CASology’s Challenge 142:Sweet. Spring is such a sweet time of year, isn’t it? I’ll also play this at The Mixed Media Flower Challenge with an optional basket. I’m going to play this over at SSS’s Monday Challenge: In the Middle, and ATSM Challenge #140 too.IMG_3687edited

I would like to thank Bonnie at Really Reasonable Ribbon and the ladies at Word Art Wednesday for the Ric Rac on this card. I was selected as a prize winner a couple of weeks ago at WAW and this pretty ribbon was part of what I selected as my prize! 🙂 I don’t know why I’m always amazed at God’s loving kindness toward me, but I am. This prize is just another example of the ways that He continually showers His love on me. I’m going to play this over at Word Art Wednesday’s challenge #179 this week.

For those of you who are wondering, I’m still awaiting multiple test results. Also, I have more new specialist appointments for other, until now, uninvestigated problems. I also have a more sensitive test scheduled for my heart (28 April) and 6 weeks of physical therapy planned for 2 herniated disks in my neck.

Even when I am faithless, He is FAITHFUL. I pray that He will increase my faith.

I was randomly chosen as a prize winner a couple of weeks ago at WAW and this pretty rainbow cord was part of what I selected as my prize! 🙂 I made a couple of other cards with my winnings from Really Reasonable Ribbon. You can see them here and here.

I don’t know why I’m always amazed at God’s loving kindness toward me, but I am. This prize is just another example of the ways that He IMG_3696editedcontinually showers His love on me. The Swoosh Sentiment is from another incredible prize from PTI. I am this year’s Papertrey Ink Year of Stamps Winner! Thanks so much PTI! And while I’m at it, I’ll mention that the bird stamp was a gift from my friend Cindy! 🙂

Edited Tuesday April 21: WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO! I’m so excited to share that I received my stand FIRST EVER stand alone WIN for this card and from CASology no less! True story- a few months ago I told my husband something along these lines, “I have a goal. I want to win at CASology’s Challenge, they ROCK this CAS thing!” 🙂 Thank you, Kymona, for selecting my card!
