Hot Tea for CTS, CASology & HLS

Here’s a card that was inspired by this week’s CAS(E) this Sketch #108 challenge. I’m also going to play this over at CASology’s Week 132: HOT.

Here is Gayatri’s inspiring sketch…

Did you see the stripes along the sides? Hard to photograph these; I stamped them in VersaMark for a subtle result.

Here’s another look….

I’m trying very hard to get better at the CAS style! Phew! This is tough work. Maybe I should go have a refreshing cup of hot tea! πŸ˜‰

First however, I’m going to link up over at Happy Little Stampers for their Embossing Challenge. πŸ™‚

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Well, I think you are doing a fine job on your CAS skills! This is such a pretty card, so clean and pretty with nice details but still CAS. Love the pop of red…and the sentiment and ea cup are so cute! Of curse i LOVE the dry embossed panel and the Versamark stripes…lovely! Thanks for playing along at CSology this week!

  2. Hi Melissa. LOVE this card! So sweet with the all white background and the pops of red. The versamark strips are subtle but add so much visual interest … and love the texture from the dry embossed background. Perfect CAS card! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Happy Little Stampers!
