Blue Heart XO

Here’s a card that I designed with ATCAS’s Challenge #56 Hugs & Kisses in mind.

Not very traditional Valentine’s Day colors, but I love blue and white together!

I like this stamp from Stampin’ Up’s Days of Gratitude stamp set and the Hero Arts blue ink always makes me happy. I think this card work’s nicely with this week’s Fusion , Time Out and Addicted to Stamps and More Challenges so I’ll play it over at those too. 🙂

Heartful Banner

Here, I have a card inspired by this week’s Fusion Challenge: Heartful.

I used both Fusion’s inspiration picture and sketch in my design.

Lots of texture and a little bit of aluminum foil add some interesting elements to, what I think, turned out to be a fun and friendly card.

This is the first time that I’ve used these SU banner stamps and the punch. I think they are pretty cute!
